Customization Services

We constantly strive to update and improve our systems, and adapt them to new requirements. Many of our standard products began as customized designs for emerging research applications. Our calibration lab adheres to the provisions of ANSI.Z540-1 and ISO.10012.1, which includes both optical and electrical calibrations.

Any requirement for customized calibration or calibration certificates must be directed in writing to our Engineering Dept and approved prior to obtaining an RA#. For custom calibration and/or certificates, part numbers must be provided by our Engineering Dept and must be noted on the purchase order. Some examples of “custom calibrations” are: Requests for specific standards, tolerances, parameters, source type or recalibration date, calibration of competitor instrumentation, or requests for additional notes or statements on the International Light Technologies, Inc. calibration certificate.

The allowance of any customization is up to the sole discretion of our Engineering Dept. A final decision may not be determined until evaluation of the customer’s equipment is completed and will be confirmed or denied in writing. Contact the Engineering Dept by email for custom requests: .

All International Light Technologies, Inc. calibrations are NIST traceable. Once calibration has been performed the certificate cannot be changed or altered unless a typographical error is discovered.

Copies of certificates are maintained for three years. Copies may be obtained by contacting the Service Dept. Please note, however, calibrations for certificates older than 1 year or which have been succeeded by a more current calibration are expired. Contact Service Dept: .
