Improving on the RPS900 and ILT900 spectrometers, the ILT950 NIST-Traceable Spectroradiometer is capable of measuring 250 to 1050 nm down to 1.4 nm resolution (with 25 micron slit installed). The ILT950 is equally at home on the production floor as well as the laboratory, combining high performance, accuracy, ease of use, and a wide array of features all in a rugged, compact, portable design. |

The ILT950 comes as a turn-key package complete with NIST-traceable calibration for making the widest array of standard irradiance and color measurements straight out of the box. Typical applications include characterization of UV curing systems, photostability testing, accelerated weathering, solar simulation, photobiology and photochemistry, LED illumination and color analysis. The ILT950 comes complete with input optics, software, cables, instruction manual, and NIST-traceable irradiance calibration with certificate. A long list of optional accessories (below) can tailor the ILT950 to almost any application. |

INS250N 10-inch Integrating Sphere The INS250N Integrating Sphere is a versatile 10-inch integrating sphere capable of measuring a wide variety of light sources from small miniature sources such as miniature halogen lamps, LEDs, small neon lamps up to larger sources such as high power LED modules and many automotive lamps. The large 37.5 mm (1.5”) diameter ports can accommodate a wide variety of light sources including high power LED modules and most automotive lamps. The included built-in standard transfer lamp and 5VDC power can be used to accurately adjust calibration for almost any application. INS150 6-inch Integrating Sphere The INS150 6-inch integrating sphere was designed as a powerful accessory to the ILT950 spectrometer for LED measurements. It is equipped with a precision 1 cm2 area input aperture, facilitating measurements of flux, irradiance, or beam candela according to CIE procedure 127. Includes a MagPro magnetic mounting blanchard for quick connection/disconnection of any of the available MagPro LED/Lamp holders.
