The ILT1700 Research radiometer is the most versatile current measurement instrument in the world. Designed specifically to measure photodetector current, the ILT1700 maintains unmatched linearity over a 10 billion to 1 dynamic range. Also available with an optional fire retardant internal coating to meet UL94-VO specifications (order part# ILT1700UL94).

As of March 2007 we have added the following data output features/upgrades:
  • Added USB 2.0 output port for sending measurement data to any USB equipped PC (Click to download 32-bit Windows USB driver)
  • Replaced older 25-pin D-sub, RS232 serial output connector with a more commonly available 9-pin D-sub output connector

PLEASE NOTE: Our high-gain silicon photodiode, part # SHD033/U is no longer available and any application specific system including an SHD033 detector is also unavailable. We are currently in the process of developing a replacement.
