In order to make any tech support request as efficient as possible, please be sure to have the following information available prior to contacting us via phone or e-mail.

• Model number of instrument/equipment
• Serial Number of instrument/equipment
• Date of the instrument's last calibration
• Instrument readings, with problems noted, including high and low comparisons
• Information on the units you are using for comparison (i.e., make, model number, etc.)
• Have details ready on the measurement setup being used
