Light measurements in research extend over the broadest range encompassing a vast array of applications. Testing requirements in the VIS range extend from reflected area lighting (cd/m2) that can impact turtle hatcheries, to testing the intensity and duration of a muzzle flash. In the UV there are hundreds of other applications including testing the effects of UVA on plant disease resistance to testing the effects of UVC on bacteria for disinfection. And for the IR there are hazard measurements, degradation testing, and IR LED measurements.

The ILT5000 and ILT6000 research radiometers were designed for Lab/Government/Education with the 4-20 mA output and wireless compatibility and broad dynamic range. ILT also offers our ILT950 UV-NIR spectrometers for customers who also require confirmation of the wavelength.
