Light is used in many medical applications for stimulation, effect, curing, as a catalyst, photo (light) therapy and more.  Light Therapy, is commonly applied for treatment procedures such as reducing fine lines and wrinkles, acne, psoriasis, eczema, jaundice and more. Applications require different ranges of light from the UV out into the IR.  Many dental and medical products/materials are cured using light. The curing or hardening of white fillings has become a preferred practice over the shiny silver fillings used in the past.

ILT offers a variety of curing and phototherapy light meters for measuring the effectiveness of the light output. Our systems come pre-filtered to measure the specific band that is required based on the specific application. We also offer a selection of spectroradiometers for testing both the intensity and the spectrum of light
